An attorney with thirty years experience in public utility matters, Mr. Giordano has been centrally involved in many of the most important energy issues in the State of Illinois.

• Successfully challenged ComEd coal contracts, resulting in $102 million in refunds and $2 billion in savings over the life of the contracts

Mr. Turner has held several executive and engineering positions with leading American and Canadian energy companies and was CEO of his own energy consulting firm.

Mr. Teetsov has more than a quarter century experience in the regulated and deregulated natural gas, electricity and power generation industries in the Midwest, where he has focused on industry-leading sales and procurement contract design and deal negotiation representing regional and national commercial and industrial businesses.

His achievements include:

• Handling gas supply contracts and soliciting customers for electricity supply and other services provided by GEV
• Extensive experience in procuring gas supply for large consumers, including independent power producers and utilities
• Development of industry-leading procurement contract design and deal negotiation, representing regional and national commercial and industrial businesses
• Previous positions included: Calpine Corporation, Manager, Fuels Management/Energy Marketing; Consolidated Edison Solutions, Inc., Director, Midwest Region

Donna brings to GEV her extensive administrative background from many years of working for elite law firms. In addition to extensive experience with energy legal matters at Foley & Lardner working for Patrick Giordano, she has experience in civil and criminal litigation, land use and zoning, economic development, bond finance and gaming.

Mr. May has recruited hundreds of new talented professionals for businesses in Seattle, New York, and Chicago. He currently assists with recruiting large and mid-sized electric and gas customers for GEV Corp.

Paul earned a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business from the University of Missouri. Paul’s greatest accomplishments are continuing to drive thriving businesses for recruiting and energy for over 20 years and raising his three girls.

Patrick has spent the last year working for GEV Corp. learning the processes and politics that make up the deregulated energy and renewable energy sectors.

He attends Northwestern University and is currently studying Environmental Science and Creative Writing.
